If you can't find another solution for your problem on our website, these instructions will help you to report the problem to us so that we can fix it for you.
Please remember: if an error is reproducible (in other words, you know how to make it happen over and over again), email us a description of the exact steps that you use to reproduce it.
The Dreaded Force Close
If you receive a force close error at any time with Group Complete, please report it to us. It is very important that you tell us what you were trying to accomplish when the error occurred in the comments box. Also, please mention your name or email address when you submit the report. This will usually give us all of the information that we'll need to fix the bug.
We hate getting force close errors in our apps too, so please tell us when it happens and we'll do our best to issue a fix right away.
Sending Us More Information
If the force close report doesn't give us enough to go on or you run into another problem that doesn't make any sense sending us more information will often make it easier and quicker for us to fix the problem for you.
To do this, you'll use a free app that will send us a detailed log message from your mobile device. Don't worry, this is easy to do.
Install the FREE aLogcat app from the Market app or by visiting https://market.android.com/details?id=org.jtb.alogcat
Start GC Mobile and work until you encounter the problem
Immediately start the aLogcat app, select Share from the option menu and use an email app (Email, Gmail or something else) to send the log to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please make sure to include a brief message that includes a description of what you were trying to accomplish when you countered the error!
